Hazinedaroğlu Group is a group of companies operating in various fields such as superstructure, infrastructure, mining, informatics, bitumen storage-sales, asphalt production-sales and facility management in domestic and international markets.

Turan Hazinedaroğlu İnşaat Ticaret A.Ş., the parent company of the group, was established in Istanbul in 1971 as a project and consultancy company. Since 1975, the company has started to undertake various superstructure construction works, especially belonging to the Ministry of National Defense, as the main contractor.

The company, which started to carry out infrastructure constructions in the country in 1980, opened up to foreign markets after turning into a joint stock company in 1982 and undertook various construction works in Libya in 1982, Azerbaijan in 1991, Russia in 1993, Moldova in 1998, Bulgaria in 2002, Iraq in 2005, Romania in 2006, and Ukraine in 2007.

Hazinedaroğlu Group is a NATO contractor with a NATO Security Certificate.

As a result of the research conducted by Engineering News – Record (USA), one of the most respected publications of the International Construction Industry, the Hazinedaroğlu group has been ranked among the world’s top 225 international contractors in various years since 1995.

In addition to its contracting activities, the company has also started project development activities especially in the office and residential sectors since the beginning of the 1990s. Today, the company still carries out all kinds of superstructure and infrastructure construction projects for public and private institutions in Turkey and abroad as 5H Construction and Trade Inc.

Established in 1994 as a business partnership company, Hazinedaroğlu Özkan İnşaat A.Ş. has undertaken various factory, residential and hotel construction works in Russia, especially belonging to Gasprom company. After the share transfer in 1998, the company became fully affiliated with Hazinedaroğlu Construction Group and still carried out all kinds of superstructure and infrastructure projects in Russia and Turkey. It continues its activities as Ardalya İnşaat A.Ş.
